The only drawback that I see is that the vehicles have high mileage and some of them have been very well worn, however the company does a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty the only thing that doesn't cover according to the salesperson is brakes. We have had the vehicle for right at a week now and I am pleased what's a service an interaction that I received from Family Auto, if my experience is any indication on how these folks treat their customers their doors will be open for a long time.
Throughout the next 60 days and Beyond I will give periodic updates on my perception of their customer service I do hope they continued to exceed expectations I would personally like to thank the folks at Family Auto for making car buying a pleasure.
